  • Not withdrawing from the service during the guarantee period

While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee:

  • Job offers or employment
  • Specific number of applications or responses
  • Compatibility with all job boards or employers
  • Results within a specific timeframe

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Jobwing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your resume, cover letters, and application materials. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, modify, and submit these materials on your behalf for job applications.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, or disparage others
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
